Please join us Friday evening at Chicago Mindful Psychotherapy as we celebrate the creative expressions of self, emotion, relationships, and the rich vibrancy of being in the moment!

 

Your experience will be enhanced by a self-guided selection of meditative exercises paired up with each individual piece of art to enrich your sensory experiences of the evening!

 

There will sweet and salty snacks, wine, beer and beverages.

6pm – 8pm

Where: Lunt Ave at the lakefront.
Look for the large white tent with the Purple RPAA Logo.

Why: Have you been to the lakefront this year?
Seriously do you need a reason to enjoy our awesome lakefront?

 

 

Join us Friday evening 6-8pm, September 16, as we say farewell to Summer and hello to Fall.

 

It is a picnic, bring your chairs and /or blankets, outside games, frisbee, beach balls and join us to enjoy the harvest of a wonderful Art-Filled RPAA Season!

 

We will have light fare to nosh on (pizza), but please, feel welcome to bring your favorite dish or yummy- nibbles to add to the table to share.

 

As a tasty little treat you will have an opportunity to participate in a ‘Taste of Improv ‘ led by Elta Marquez — anyone can play!

The RPAA Event only goes to 8pm, but feel free to

continue to enjoy the gorgeous lakeside into the evening,

as the park is open till 11pm
