Join RPAA this weekend at the Glenwood Ave Arts Fest and experience Rogers Park art community at its finest!

This year there are so many amazing things happening all at once, all weekend long, that it will be almost impossible to be able to fully experience for yourself everything that is happening.

RPAA is inviting you to share one of your favorite Glenwood Ave Arts Fest experiences, by taking a photo and sharing it on the
Roger’s Park Arts Alliance Facebook Page

Add @glenwoodaveartsdistrict to your post

### tag your post with #GAAF2016 #RPAA ###

This way everyone can experience the fest through the eyes of others!

And be sure to stop by Flying Dolphin Studio’s tent (#52 Morse) to learn more about RPAA ~ who we are, what we do, and why.

“A Moveable Feast Of The Senses”

Thank you to everyone that came out last night to the RPAA event, ” A Moveable Fest Of The Senses” at Indian Boundary Park Nature Center.

As promised, each day I will post one of the memories that an individual shared last night at the gathering (until the box is empty). I will be sharing these on the RPAA FB page.

Which means if you want to experience them, you need to “Like” the RPAA Page.

Go on, hit that “Like” button!

This is a memory based on Sight~

The sight of the mini-barns reminds me of home in Chiapas, Mexico.

We raised horses, pigs, chickens and many more.

I miss the nature by day and night.

I love the smell of good or bad of the country.

A Quick Studio Visit…

So you might wonder it’s a holiday…

Whats going on in the studio today?

Here are several images of small sections of paintings that I am currently working on in the studio, in preparation for the Glenwood Ave Arts Fest ~ August 19-21

Stop by my tent ( will post my exact location when I find it out) to experience what these pieces look like up close and personal, in their entirety.

These and many others will be available for purchase that weekend.  I will mention these will be smaller works that are more “fest” friendly. (They will fit in a shopping bag)

Looking forward to seeing you soon!
