Have you ever wanted to learn Calligraphy?
I just might have the perfect opportunity for you to learn. This Sunday is the start of another series of Calligraphy Classes at the Discovery Center. Class is 3:00pm-5:00pm and is for three consecutive weeks. The focus of this class is the Chancery Script. I have spent the last couple of hours getting everything ready to be placed in my backpack Sunday morning.
1.) The booklets in a neat pile.
2.) The boxes of pens
3.) A big stack of clean white paper just waiting to become the palette for all the beginning calligraphers.
I am always excited when the time for a new class comes around because it provides me the chance to be able to play and share my passion of the pen and ink with my students. With everything all ready now, I just need to patiently wait for Sunday to get here!
Maybe… I will see you on Sunday?
